TWO great options to fit your needs:

STAY-AT-HOME OPTION

For those with a place to stay and a way to get to our sites each day.

 

This is still a great choice for those who can make it happen!  Save a little money and still have a great week at Retreat for Girls.

STAY-ON-CAMPUS OPTION

For those without a place to stay – or those who just want the option to stay overnight.

 

This option also includes breakfast and daily transportation.  This is the option selected by most participants!

RFG REGISTRATION TERMS & POLICIES

  • Payment in full is due at time of registration.  Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
  • Payment will be processed through Square which accepts all major credit cards.
  • Participants registering for the Stay-at-Home option will be responsible for their own overnight accommodations and transportation to and from both venue sites during the Retreat for Girls 2023 conference.
  • Should you choose to cancel your registration on or before May 31, 2023 a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. 
  • Should you choose to cancel or be unable to attend after the date stated above, no refund will be available.  The only exception would be if you are able to find a participant to take your place.  Any basic registration processing or required credit card fees will still be assessed, even with a replacement.
  • Any person who has to leave early or miss portions of any activities will not receive a refund or be eligible for a discount.
  • Should a participant be dismissed for Code of Conduct violations, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Registration is open to girls ages 11 to 16 of any religious affiliation who agree to follow  Retreat for Girl’s Code of Conduct and uphold the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
  • Girls can be 11 years old and should be no more than 16 years old, unless their 17th birthday occurs on or prior to July 20, 2023. 
  • You ARE allowed to request ONE specific groupmate at the time of registration.  Make sure that your requested groupmate also indicates you.  You will agree on a 6-digit code (a combination of any 3 uppercase letters and 3 numbers) that will be entered at registration and used to make sure you get in the same group.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the registration of any individual.
  • Retreat for Girls and Eventzilla (our registration service) reserve the right to cancel  or postpone this event or portions thereof due to insufficient enrollment or an unexpected and unforeseen event and limit their liability to registration refunds only (minus all processing fees).
